Standard Shipping is free for all orders valued at $30 AUD or more. If your order is less than $30 AUD total, a shipping charge of $5.5 AUD will be added to your order. For orders over $60AUD express delivery for FREE.

How long does the delivery take?

All orders are shipped with standard Australian postal services from our warehouse in Melbourne. All orders in Melbourne until 13 pm, will delivery at the same day. The delivery to any city in Australia generally takes 1-3 business days. Delivery to New Zealand takes about 3-5 business days. Other countries can expect delivery in 5-12 business days. However, please note that this time is an estimate and depends on the local postal service in your country. We will inform you via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Will I receive a shipping confirmation?

A shipping confirmation will be sent to your email address as soon as your order has been forwarded to Australian postal services. This email will contain a parcel tracking number so that you can track the exact location of your order. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours to process the parcel tracking number on weekdays.

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

Express delivery in Australia 1-2 Days. The standard delivery time within Australia is estimated with 2-5 business days and depends on the local postal service.

Can I change my order’s delivery address?

Changes to the delivery address can only be made before the order is paid for and/or shipped. If you have any questions about address changes, please email our team at info@chusette.com

What if I’m not at home to receive the delivery?

If you are not there to receive your order on the first delivery attempt, another delivery attempt may be made or your parcel will be stored at a post office/depot. Either way, you will be notified that an attempt was made to deliver your parcel and you will receive information in your post box.
